Meet the Owner
With nearly a decade of professional experience as a skilled Case Manager, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge in client care, coordination, and advocacy to Lepine Home Care. Her journey into this field is deeply personal—after caring for her mother for many years, she gained firsthand insight into the challenges and emotional demands family caregivers face. Her mother’s passing became a turning point, inspiring her to dedicate her life to helping others navigate similar paths with compassion and support.
In addition to her professional and personal caregiving experience, Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts, a Case Management Certificate from Boston University, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. With a strong background in customer service and a deep commitment to helping others, she brings both professional expertise and heartfelt empathy to every client relationship.
